Welcome to the Cademy Marketplace! By claiming your profile, you can gain control over your listing, update your information, promote your courses, reply to reviews, and more. In this article, we'll guide you through the process of claiming your profile step by step.

Begin the Claim Process

You have two options to start the claim process.

Email

Check your email inbox for an email from Cademy that your account is available for claiming. Click the "Claim Profile" button within the email to begin the process.

From Cademy

Visit the Cademy website and search for your company name. If you find your company listed, click on the "Own this business?" link on your profile page.


Submit the Claim Form

Once you've clicked "Claim Profile" or "Own this business?", you'll be redirected to a form requesting your contact details. Please use a company email address that matches the domain of the course provider for a smoother verification process.


Verification Process

After submitting the form, your request to verify ownership will be registered. The Cademy team will process your claim within 24 hours. In some cases, they may contact you if additional information is required for verification.


Confirmation Email and Verification Code

Upon successful verification, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link and a verification code. Click the link and enter the provided verification code to complete the claiming process.
